Are you all about sales, business development and retail, ready for your next big step? Then this might be the perfect gig for you!
We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our sales team in Amsterdam, focusing on the German market. You’ll help grow our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients in the B2B retail world.
Your main base will be our office in the Netherlands, but you’ll spend plenty of time out visiting customers — building relationships and showing off our latest products. Expect about a 70/30 split between office and client visits.

What you’ll be doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in Germany
- Spot new business opportunities and drive growth
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms
- Deliver great service and customer support
- Work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations
- Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activity
- Hit your sales targets and KPIs
- Travel within Germany for client meetings and business development
Functie-eisen
What you bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a commercial field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, ideally in FMCG or non-food
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in sales
- Strategic mindset with a customer-focused, entrepreneurial spirit
- Great at managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders
- Independent, analytical, and results-driven
- Fluent in German and English;
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
