Head of Telesales Benelux – Hoofddorp


For one of our clients, we are looking for a Head of Telesales Benelux. This key role is based in Hoofddorp, serving as the central hub for activities in the Benelux region. The Head of Telesales Benelux will report directly to the Commercial Director in France and maintain a collaborative relationship with the International Sales Director to ensure alignment and success.   • You supervise Telesales operations, encompassing both proactive outreach (hunting) and nurturing existing clients (farming), through effective management of a dedicated team of 10 Telesales representatives, including recruitment and ongoing support;
  • You ensure meticulous monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each team member;
  • You provide guidance, coaching, and inspiration to cultivate a structured and motivational sales approach, emphasizing telephone sales techniques;
  • You maintain a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and competitor landscapes;
  • You proficiently utilize sales support tools such as Genesis and SFDC to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


  • Demonstrated success in B2B telesales, with a track record of delivering results over several years;
  • Proven experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets;
  • A drive for results, fueled by a passion for exceeding goals;
  • Thrives in dynamic, challenging environments, with a genuine enthusiasm for sales;
  • Knowledgeable about CRM systems and telephone tools; familiarity with Salesforce is beneficial;
  • Brings humor to the team, fostering positivity and engagement;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, other languages are a plus;
  • Facilitating effective communication with diverse stakeholders.


  • Salary between €65.000 and €75.000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive employment package, including a generous bonus scheme based on performance;
