Business Analyst – Capelle aan den IJssel


For one of our international clients, we are currently searching for a Business Analyst. In this international role you are responsible to prepare and execute all business reporting in order to support he Central Europe region management to enable tem to make adequate & pro-active business decisions. This region involves the area Benelux, Germany, Austria, European E-commerce and European Key Accounts. In this role you work closely with various stakeholders in the company such as: SR managers region Central, Customer Service, Operations, Finance and various European departments.


As Business Analyst you are responsible for identification and realisation, together with the relevant teams, of business improvement opportunities, and prepare and execute all business reporting in order to support the management to enable them to make adequate & pro active business decisions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Budget & FC procedures, yearly, monthly, weekly. Also prepare for sales target calculations;
  • Management reporting such as daily sales reporting, pre-order reporting, Budget reporting;
  • Create monthly analysis of performance per product group to optimize sales FC and provide to demand & Inventory planner;
  • In all reporting you work closely with the management to learn and understand the business requirements, based on given KPI’s you seek for constant optimizing of reporting tools;
  • You closely work together with demand & inventory planning to provide the correct FC input towards sales management;
  • You secure with all stakeholders that mutations of customer master data are processed correctly.


  • Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or similar
  • Has a broad IT experience with ERP (JD Edwards), Hubble reporting / Insights, Microsoft Office especially advanced Excel skills
  • Is well informed about the management requirements and market developments
  • Is able to present information in clear constructive way to all relevant stakeholders
  • Has excellent understanding of the (sports) business environment
  • Is able to transfer complex business requirements into supportive business reporting tools.
  • Is fluently in English and preferably Dutch
